Grilled Sirloin Kabobs with Peach Salsa

Ingredients


3 Tbs. peach preserves


1 Tbs. finely chopped, seeded jalapeno pepper


1 ½ lbs. beef top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes


Salt & pepper, as desired


3 medium peaches, cut into sixths


1 ½ cups peach salsa

Directions


Prepare grill for cooking and preheat grill to medium. In a small bowl, mix preserves and jalapeno. Season beef with salt and pepper. Alternately thread beef and peach slices onto six metal skewers. Grill kabobs, covered and turning occasionally, over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until beef reaches desired doneness. Remove from grill; brush with preserves mixture. While kabobs are grilling, prepare rice according to package directions. Serve kabobs with peach salsa and cooked rice. (Serves: 6)
