Ingredients
Coarse salt
12 oz. Gluten free pasta
2 Tbs. butter
1 c. half & half
½ c. grated Romano cheese
½ c. grated Parmesan
¼ c. chopped fresh parsley
Directions
In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add half-&-half and cheeses; stir to combine, and bring just to a simmer. Cook pasta according to package directions. Add pasta, and toss to combine. If needed, gradually add enough reserved pasta water to thin sauce (sauce will thicken as it stands). Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
