ok I need major help on this one. I am taking a upper division Bible class which includes a trip to Israel for 2 weeks. I still have to ask the teacher for information on the what the hotel will provide for breakfast and for dinner in the buffet, but I need to buy lunch or to get something that will not melt. I life fruit lathers but do not know at what temp they will melt at so this might be an issue. Any suggestions for quick filling snacks or if anyone knows anything about Israel and stuff. I am scared I will be sick the whole time. I have been on this diet for less then a year so I am already confused and lost. I live in Grand Rapids, MI if anyone can help me with anything from my home base area as well.
