Spaghetti with Peppery No-Cook Tomato Sauce

Ingredients


1 lb. Uncooked Schar Spaghetti


1/3 c. Chopped seeded peeled tomato (about 5 medium tomatoes)


1 c. crumbled ricotta or feta cheese


1/3 c. kalamata olives, pitted and chopped


¼ c. capers


1 ½ tsp. extra virgin olive oil


Coarse salt and ground black pepper


4 garlic cloves, minced


Directions


Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and oil if called for. Drain pasta after cooking. Combine tomato and remaining ingredients in a large bowel. Add pasta, and toss well to combine. Serve immediately.
