I love enchiladas & I can't believe all the enchilada sauces I found have wheat in them. Can you please tell me a brand name & where I can buy a GF/wheat free enchilada sauce.
McCormick makes a great enchilada sauce mix. It isn't ready-to-eat (you have to add your own tomato sauce), but it only takes a few minutes. Here's their site: http://www.mccormick.com/Products/Seasoning-Mixes/Mexican/Enchilada-Sauce-Mix.aspx
