Ingredients
4 oz. gluten free penne or other pasta
1 c. heavy whipping cream
2 Tbs. butter or margarine
1 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 c. broccoli florets
1/4 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Coarse salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
2 Tbs. Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
Cook gluten free pasta according to package directions until it is almost done. Drain, and return pasta to pot. Stir cream, butter or margarine, tomato sauce, garlic and broccoli into the pan with the pasta. Simmer until pasta is done but not mushy. Stir in sliced mushrooms, and remove pan from heat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
