Traveling to Wisconsin Dells

We are brand new to Celiac, but have already booked a vacation to Wisconsin Dells over Christmas. Does anyone have any suggestions? We've never been to the area before so I'm not even sure where to begin to look for places to eat.

My husband and I ate at Uno's in WI Dells and the gluten free pizza was wonderful!!! They even serve Redbridge beer, if you are a beer drinker. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend dining there.

I know that the Chamber of Commerce has a listing of gluten-free restaurants in the area. There are quite a few options in the Wisconsin Dells.
