From what I understand, the company changed it's gluten free statement recently and they are no longer saying their sauces are gluten free. Francesco Rinaldi has a good selection of sauces that are gluten free. They also just introduced a new line of sauces called ToBe Healthy. You can find the varieties on "The Checklist".
