We are going to charleston,sc and my husband and daughter both have celiac. i'm at a loss of where to look to find local restaurants. does anybody have any suggestions?

Most restaurants downtown are very good about helping out. I would highly recommend making reservations and going ahead and verifying they can accommodate your needs. Most of the time, if you give the chef enough time in advance, they will come up with something special.

We live in Charlestonand my wife is Celiac. There are many very helpful restaurants, but here are our favorites: Basils (Best thai we have ever had)King St Halls Chophouse King St, Carolinas, Exchange Place (Carribean/Southern) COAST Really, any of the better restaurants should be fine
