Noodleless Lasagna

1 1/2 lbs. extra lean ground turkey
1 1/2 cup Francesco RinaldiĀ® Pasta Sauce-ToBe Healthy Garlic & Onion
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese, divided
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
10 slices pepperoni
Brown turkey in a large nonstick skillet. Add pasta sauce and mushrooms to browned meat. In a small bowl beat the egg then combine with ricotta cheese, 1/4 cup mozzarella and Italian seasoning. Pour half of the meat mixture into a crock pot prepared with cooking spray. Layer half of the pepperoni slices on top of the meat mixture. Spread half of the cheese mixture on top of the pepperoni slices. Repeat layers and top with remaining mozzarella. Cover and cook on LOW 4-4 1/2 hrs. (Serves: 4)
