Fired Up Chili Wraps

1 cup Mahatma® White Rice
1 (15 oz.) can gluten free chili with beans
1 (4.5 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 Tbs. gluten free hot pepper sauce
6 each gluten free flour tortillas (burrito size)
Shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese
Prepare rice according to package directions. When rice is ready, add chili with beans, green chilies and hot pepper sauce, heat over medium heat until heated through. Place equal amounts of mixture in center of each tortilla. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese and roll. Serve with additional hot pepper sauce, if desired. (Yield: 6 Wraps)
