Easy Crock Pot Chicken & Rice

1 rotisserie chicken, meat removed & cut into bite-sized pieces
2 (12 oz.) Pacific® Organic Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
1 ½ cups gluten free chicken stock
½ cup onion, chopped
1 cup Gourmet House® Rice-Long Grain & White Rice
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Place all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well and pour into crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW 3-4 hours, stirring well every hour or so until rice is done. (Yield: 6 servings)
