Slow Cooker Chinese Pork

2 pork tenderloins, cut into bite size pieces
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
2 carrots, peeled and sliced thin
1 medium onion, sliced thin
15 oz. La Choy gluten free sweet & sour sauce
2 Tbs. KIKKOMAN Gluten-free Soy Sauce
½ tsp. Frank's RedHot Sauce
Hot cooked Carolina®-Jasmine Rice
Add cubed pork, sliced peppers, onion and carrots to slow cooker. In a small bowl, whisk together sweet and sour sauce, soy sauce and red pepper sauce. Pour over ingredients in slow cooker; stir to combine. Cover and cook on LOW 6-7 hours or HIGH 4-5 hours. About 30 minutes before you’re ready to serve, prepare rice according to package directions. Stir pork mixture and serve over hot rice. (Yield: 8 servings)
