10-Minute Vegetable and Rice Medley

1 can (14 1/2 oz.) gluten free chicken broth
1 cup zucchini, chopped
1/4 tsp. fresh dill
2 cups MinuteĀ® White Rice, uncooked
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Combine broth, zucchini, and dill in medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and cheese. Stir gently until well blended. (Yield: 4 servings)
