Hello, I found a restaurant in Carmel called The Black Bear that had great food, and the staff were VERY helpful to me and another Celiac customer who was there at the same time. The restaurant is right on the mail road into Carmel in a shopping center. There is a website you can take a look at. I don't remember it specifically, but it is easy to locate. I hope this helps
