dizziness

I have just recently started a gluten free diet and was feeling wonderful but now I am feeling very dizzy once again. It may be that my iron simply has not had time to increase yet. Has anyone noticed this symptom?

First I would recommend that you check everything you are eating. If you are just starting the gf diet it might take a little time to get use to what you can eat and you might accidentally eat the wrong thing. Also, if you need help getting your iron up, take a vitamin supplement called "Betaine HCI" it is great for iron absorption. The "NOW" vitamin is good. Also, be sure to balance your carbs because your sugar levels can fluctuate especially since you probably stopped eating bread but their are delicious gf breads. Hope all goes well.

my diziness isngetting worse all the time. I think my blood pressure has dropped since going gluten free. I have stopped one of my blood pressure pills and thought I had solved it, but now it's back again....judie
