I am looking for a recipe that was sent out either during the month of May or June. The only ingredients that I remember are: chicken breast, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper and 1 yellow (or orannge?) pepper and served over rice. It was simple and real easy to make on the stove. We made it twice and lost the printed copy and I accidently deleted from my email. I tried to find it under the search in "What's for Dinner" but didn't see it. So if anyone out there has it, please let me know. My daughter loved it and I am having a hard time finding foods that she likes to fit in her gluten free diet. Thanks!
