2 Tbs. Heinz ketchup
1/2 c. distilled white vinegar
1 Tbs. La Choy-lite soy sauce
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. plus 2 Tbs. water, divided
1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
2 Tbs. Cornstarch

Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients plus 1 c. water in the crock pot and mix well. Add chicken and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours. Whisk together cornstarch with 2 Tbs. water in small bowl. Stir into slow cooker. Cook on HIGH setting for about 15-20 minutes, stirring often, until thickened. Serve over MINUTEĀ® Ready to Serve White Rice.
