Ingredients
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbs. fresh basil, finely chopped
1 Tbs. rosemary
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. gluten free soy sauce
2 Tbs. lemon juice or red wine vinegar
1 Tbs. brown sugar
2 (3 lb.) boneless turkey breast halves
Directions
For marinade: mix together everything except the turkey breasts in a shallow dish. Place the turkey into the dish and turn to coat. Cover and marinate at least 4 hours. Preheat grill for high heat and lightly oil grill grate. Place turkey breasts on grill; discard marinade. Close grill lid and grill turkey breasts about 15 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 170°F.
