Ingredients
Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
Zest and juice of 1/2 lime
Zest and juice of 1/2 orange
Grill Side Barbeque Sauce-Downtown Heat
1 lb. ground beef
1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
4 Rudi's Gluten-Free Multigrain Hamburger Buns
Directions
Mix the juice and zest of all fruit and the jalapeno into a large bowl. Whisk in 1 Tbs. barbeque sauce. Stir in ground beef; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 10-30 minutes. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate. Form meat into patties. Grill the burgers, covered, over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer reads 160°F and juices run clear. Brush each burger with additional barbeque sauce while grilling, coating both sides. Top burgers with pepper jack cheese and cook until cheese is melted. Serve on Rudi's Gluten-Free Multigrain Hamburger Buns. (Serves: 4)
