Ginger Chili Citrus Salmon

Ingredients


4 (6 oz.) salmon fillets


1 c. cider vinegar


1/2 c. olive oil


1/4 c. honey


2 Tbs. lime juice


2 Tbs. lemon juice


2 tsp. orange zest


2 tsp. garlic, chopped


1/4 c. granulated sugar


2 tsp. ground ginger


2 tsp. chili powder


2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes


1 tsp. salt


Directions


Place salmon in a single layer in a large baking dish. Whisk together the rest of the ingredients. Pour over salmon. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 3 hours.
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat, and lightly oil grill grate. Remove fish from marinade. Discard used marinade. Place on preheated grill. Grill about 5 minutes per side or until flakes easily with a fork. (Serves: 4)
