Gluten Free Tomato Flatbread with Goat Cheese

Ingredients


1 package Toovaloo Gluten Free Flatbread


3 medium heirloom tomatoes, thinly sliced


1 c. crumbled goat cheese


1 Tbs. fresh chives


1 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley


8 basil leaves


Freshly ground black pepper


Directions


Preheat oven according to package directions. Arrange tomato slices over flatbread. Sprinkle evenly with cheese. Bake according to package directions or until bread is lightly browned and cheese has melted. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with chives and parsley and arrange basil over flatbread; sprinkle with pepper. Slice and serve. (Serves: 4)
