Nacho Bake

Ingredients


1 lb. lean ground beef


½ c. Spike’s Santa Fe Salsa


1 ¼ oz. gluten free taco seasoning mix (1 package)


2 c. tortilla chips


1 c. fresh tomato, diced


1 jar Spike’s Santa Fe Con Queso


½ c. black olives, sliced


½ c. guacamole


½ c. sour cream


Directions


Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Stir in taco seasoning and Salsa. Place a layer of chips in a 9” x 13” baking dish. Top with some of the beef mixture, tomatoes, olives and Con Queso. Repeat layers until you use up all the ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese is bubbly, about 10 minutes. Top with guacamole, sour cream and extra Salsa.
Variation: Use ground turkey, chicken or chorizo sausage instead of beef. Also, add sliced jalapenos for a little extra kick.
