Crunchy Romaine Strawberry Salad

3 oz. Thai Kitchen-Rice Noodles

1 c. walnuts, chopped

1/4 c. butter

1/4 c. sugar

1/2 c. vegetable oil

1/4 c. red wine vinegar

1 Tbs. KIKKOMAN Gluten-free Soy Sauce

8 c. romaine lettuce, torn

1/2 c. green onions, chopped

1/2 c. sweet bell pepper, julienned

3/4-1 c. fresh strawberries, sliced

1 box PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® cooked chicken


Break noodles into small pieces. In a large skillet, cook noodles and walnuts in melted butter over medium heat, 8-10 minutes or until golden. Remove from heat and cool. For dressing, whisk together oil, vinegar, sugar and soy sauce. Just prior to serving combine the romaine, chicken, onions, bell pepper, strawberries and noodle mixture in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing, toss to coat and serve immediately. (Serves: 4)

Looks like a great salad...however I don't see strawberries in the ingredients list. How many strawberries needed? Thanks.
