Ingredients
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Fresh ground pepper, as desired
1/4 cup tomato sauce
8 slices turkey pepperoni
3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
Directions
Lightly oil grates and preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat. In a large bowl combine the burger mix-ins. Crumble the ground beef over mix-ins and combine. Portion the mixture to make 4 (1/2 c.) patties. Grill the burgers, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 inches from heat for 5-7 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer reads 160°F and juices run clear. Serve with Rudi’s Gluten-Free Bakery Multigrain Hamburger Buns. (Serves: 4)
