Baked Italian Pork Chops

4 Boneless Pork Chops (trimmed)

2 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup finely crushed EREWHON® Corn Flakes (gluten free)

2 tsp. garlic powder

2 tsp. Italian blend seasoning

2 tsp. dried onions

1 tsp. crushed red pepper

1/4 cup of EVOO


Trim all excess fat from each of the boneless pork chops. Combine all dry ingredients into a food processor and blend until you obtain a course bread crumb mixture. Brush each chop lightly with EVOO and cover each in an ample amount. Preheat oven to 350° and place all 4 chops onto a cookie sheet and bake for approximately 20 minutes (meat thermometer should read 145°).

Looks good. going to try this tonight but not sure what EVOO is? is this an oil or something? Should have put in () what this is as not all of us know! Thanks.
