Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef chuck
1 medium onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced
3 (14 oz) cans chopped tomatoes, drained
3 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste
1/3 cup sugar
1 Tbs. dried oregano
2 tsp. dried basil
2 tsp. dried marjoram
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
Gluten free spaghetti
Grated Parmesan, for serving
Directions
Cook beef in large skillet until browned. Transfer to 5 quart slow cooker. Stir in all remaining ingredients except spaghetti, mix well. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain. Serve pasta topped with sauce and a sprinkle of parmesan. (Serves: 6-8)
