Ingredients
3 Tbs olive oil
½ cup onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
2 bay leaves
1 tsp salt
4 cubes of Happy Baby Pouches Stage 3 Amaranth Ratatouille
1 (1lb-3oz) can tomato puree (no salt preferred)
1 (6-oz) can tomato paste
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
¼ tsp black pepper
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil. When onions are clear and soft add basil, oregano, Happy Baby Pouches Stage 3 Amaranth Ratatouille, tomato puree, tomato paste, tomatoes, salt & pepper, and bay leaves. Stir and bring to boil. Turn heat way down, cover, and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickens. Remove bay leaves. Serve over gluten free spaghetti or use in gluten free lasagnas or other Italian dishes!
