Ingredients
4 Tbs granulated sugar
1 Tbs gluten free soy sauce
1 Tbs sesame oil
3 Tbs vegetable oil
3 Tbs rice vinegar
¼ tsp garlic salt
1 head romaine lettuce - rinsed, dried, and chopped
½ bag pre-shredded coleslaw mix
Rotisserie chicken, meat removed and shredded
3 green onions, chopped
½ cup carrots, shredded
¼ cup red bell pepper, sliced thin
Sliced almonds, to taste
Directions
Prepare the dressing 30 minutes ahead of time by combining the granulated sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, salad oil, and rice vinegar and garlic salt in a salad dressing carafe. In a large bowl combine the lettuce, coleslaw, rotisserie chicken, green onions, carrots, and bell pepper. Let chill about 10 minutes, and just before serving add the almonds. Top the salad with the dressing, toss and serve immediately. (Serves: 4)
