Lime Baked Fish

Ingredients


6 (6 oz) white fish fillets


¾ tsp coarse salt


½ tsp fresh ground black pepper


3 Tbs fresh lime juice


1 (8 oz) container sour cream


1 tsp parsley


1 tsp lime zest


Directions


Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place fish fillets in a greased 9x13 dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine lime juice, sour cream and parsley, stir well; pour over fish. Sprinkle with lime zest. Bake about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easy with fork. (Serves: 6)
