Creamy Tomato Pasta

2 Tbs olive oil

1 onion, chopped

1 jar Francesco RinaldiĀ® Hearty Ultra Dolce Sweet & Tasty Sauce

3 Tbs water

1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained

1 package Ronzoni Gluten Freeā„¢ Spaghetti

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, cubed


Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender, about 5-6 minutes. Add pasta sauce to onion mixture. Add water to empty jar; close jar and shake to loosen rest of pasta sauce; add to skillet along with undrained tomatoes. Bring to a simmer. Cook gluten free spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. A few minutes before the spaghetti is done, add cream cheese to pasta sauce; cook and stir until cheese melts and sauce is creamy. Drain pasta and add to skillet with sauce; toss to coat and serve. (Serves: 4)
