Bites Burrito

Ingredients


1 gluten free tortilla


1 Tbs coconut oil


5 Hilary's Eat Well Original Veggie Bites (cooked)


½ cup black beans or adzuki beans (rinsed)


1/3 cup gluten free salsa


1 cups spinach or greens (raw)


Directions


Heat a skillet to medium. Add the coconut oil and swirl to cover. Place the tortilla in the pan and layer all your ingredients down the center. Feel free to add anything you'd like to it. We love toppings like avocado, red onion, grated cheese (or vegan cheese), and pumpkin seeds. Fold over one side, then roll placing the opening facing down. Heat for a few minutes until the bottom is lightly brown. Turn and cook for another few minutes until everything is hot and bubbly. (Serves: 1)
