Fish Wraps

Ingredients


8 Ian’s fish sticks


4 gluten free flour tortillas


Hellman’s tartar sauce


4 lettuce leaves, rinsed & drained


4 dill pickles


Directions


Cook fish sticks according to package directions. After fish is cooked, warm the tortillas according to package directions, then spread each one with a thin layer of tartar sauce. Place lettuce on each tortilla. Slice the dill pickles lengthwise and lay them on top of the lettuce leaves. Lay 2 fish sticks on top of the lettuce. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then fold the bottom of the tortilla towards the center. Serve immediately in a napkin for neatness, if desired. (Serves: 4)
