Ingredients
1/3 cup lemon-lime soda
1/3 cup gluten free soy sauce
1/3 cup orange juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
Coarse salt & fresh ground black pepper, as desired
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp ground ginger
2 Tbs orange zest
4 pork chops, bone-in or boneless
Directions
Mix together first 8 ingredients. Put pork chops into a large self-sealing baggie and pour marinade over. Marinate overnight (or at least 4 hours) in the refrigerator. Take pork chops out of marinade; discard marinade. Grill chops 8-15 minutes (turning halfway through) depending on thickness. Remove from heat when temperature is at least 145°F and let rest before serving. (Serves: 4)
