Vegetable Lo Mein Delight

8 oz gluten free angel hair pasta

1 ½ cup gluten free chicken or vegetable broth

½ cup KIKKOMAN Gluten-free Soy Sauce

2 Tbs cornstarch

3 Tbs sesame oil

1 ¾ cups celery, chopped

½ tsp ground ginger

1 ¾ cups fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 ¾ cups red bell pepper, sliced

½ cup onion, sliced

2 cups bean sprouts

2 cups snow peas

1 cup carrots, julienned


Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain. In a small bowl, whisk together the broth, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Stir in the celery, carrots, mushrooms, peppers, and onion, and cook about 3 minutes. Add the broth mixture, bean sprouts, and snow peas. Continue to cook and stir about 5 minutes, until vegetables are crisp tender. Place pasta in a large bowl, top with the vegetable mixture toss and serve. (Serves: 4)
