Bell Pepper and Feta Pizza

Ingredients


Bob's Red Mill-Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix


1 cup gluten free pizza sauce


1 bell pepper, sliced


8 ounces Feta, crumbled (2 cups)


½ cup pitted kalamata olives, halved


Kosher salt and black pepper


¼ cup fresh parsley leaves


Directions


Prepare pizza dough according to package directions. Heat oven to 400° F. Shape the dough into 2 rounds and place on 2 greased baking pans. Parbake without toppings 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven. Dividing evenly, top the rounds with the sauce, bell pepper, Feta, and olives; season with ¼ tsp each salt and black pepper. Bake an additional 15 minutes on lower rack of oven. Dividing evenly, sprinkle with the parsley. (Serves: 4)
