Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Ingredients


2-3 lbs. rump roast


1 (10.5 oz) can beef broth


1 can Pacific Organic French Onion Soup


1 bottle Redbridge gluten free beer


6 gluten free French rolls


2 Tbs butter or substitute


Directions


Trim excess fat from the rump roast, and place in a slow cooker. Add the beef broth, onion soup and beer. Cook on LOW for 7 hours. Preheat oven to 350° F. Split gluten free French rolls, and spread with butter or substitute. Bake 10 minutes, or until heated through and lightly browned. Remove the meat from the slow cooker and let rest while rolls are baking. Slice the meat on the diagonal, and place on the rolls. Serve the sauce for dipping. (Serves: 6)
