Creamy Tomato Pasta

Ingredients


2 Tbs olive oil


1 onion, chopped


1 jar Francesco RinaldiĀ® Tomato, Garlic & Onion Sauce


3 Tbs water


1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained


1 package gluten free spaghetti


1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, cubed


Directions


Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender, about 5-6 minutes. Add pasta sauce and undrained tomatoes to onion mixture to skillet. Bring to a simmer. Cook gluten free spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. A few minutes before the spaghetti is done, add cream cheese to pasta sauce; cook and stir until cheese melts and sauce is creamy. Drain pasta and add to skillet with sauce; toss for a few minutes, then serve. (Serves: 4-6)
