Ingredients
1 ½ cups Jones Dairy Farm Dainty Ham or Ham Steak, cut into ½ inch cubes
1 (15 oz) can cannellini or great northern beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
¾ cup pitted Kalamata olives, halved
½ cup Wisconsin aged provolone cheese, diced ¼ inch pieces ½ cup shredded Wisconsin Parmesan or Asiago cheese (or cut into thin shavings with vegetable peeler)
1 medium cucumber, seeded and coarsely chopped
¼ cup red onion, chopped
½ cup bottled garlic-herb vinaigrette salad dressing
¼ cup shredded fresh basil leaves (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well and serve. (Serves: 4)
