Ingredients
2 pounds gluten free Italian sausage (like Johnsonville Italian Sausage), cut into 1-inch pieces
3 bell peppers, cut into ½ inch strips
2 medium onions, sliced ½ inch thick
2 (14 ½ oz) cans Italian-style stewed tomatoes
2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste
1 Tbs Italian Seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder

Directions
Place all ingredients in slow cooker; toss to coat well. Cover. Cook 8 hours on LOW heat. Serve on warm Rudi's Gluten-Free Multigrain Hamburger Buns. Can also be served over gluten free spiral pasta.
