Ingredients
4 prepared gluten-free wraps (using Breads from Anna Yeast Free Bread Mix or Corn & Dairy Free Bread Mix)
8 slices deli ham
4 slices cheddar cheese
2-3 Tbs mustard
Chopped tomato, pickle, and onion used as relish (optional)
Directions
Warm wrap slightly on flat bread maker or skillet until warm. Spread each wrap with mustard; dividing equally between 4 wraps. Layer 2 slices ham on each wrap. Layer 1 slice of cheese on each wrap. Sprinkle with spoonful of relish if desired and roll into tube shape. Cut in half and serve immediately.
