Ingredients
1 Rudi's Gluten-Free Fiesta Tortilla ¼ cup cheese, shredded
¼ cup chopped onion
3 Tbs salsa
¼ cup chopped cilantro
Steak Ingredients
1 pound flank steak
2 Tbs olive oil
¼ cup orange juice
2 Tbs white vinegar
2 Tbs fresh squeezed lime juice
3 cloves minced garlic
½ minced jalapeno
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp Real salt
½ tsp pepper
2 Tbs chopped cilantro
Directions
Mix all ingredients except for oil and steak in a bowl. Place the steak in the marinade and allow it to soak covered in the fridge overnight. Preheat your broiler. In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. When heated place steak with sauce in the broiler. Cook the steak for one minute per side then turn off your stove. Allow the carne asada to broil for around 4 minutes. Remove steak from the oven and slice against the grain. Place a couple pieces of steak on your tortilla, along with grated cheese, onion, salsa, and chopped cilantro and roll into a burrito. (Serves: 1)
