Beer Pretzel Burgers

Ingredients


2/3 cup Redbridge Beer from Anheuser-Busch or tomato juice


½ cup gluten free pretzels, crushed


2-4 Tbs onions, finely chopped


2 Tbs pickle relish (optional)


Coarse salt, as desired


2 ½ pounds lean ground beef


8 Rudi's Gluten-Free Multigrain Hamburger Buns, split and toasted


Directions


In large bowl mix beer, crushed pretzels, onion, relish (optional), and salt. Add ground beef; mix well. Shape meat mixture into 8 thick patties. Cook over medium heat on gas or charcoal grill. Cook 14 to 18 minutes or until done (turning once half way through grilling). (Serves: 8)
