Buffalo Sauce Burger

2 packages Hilary's Eat Well World's Best Veggie Burgers

Hilary’s Eat Well Ranch Chia Dressing

1 large carrot (julienne cut)

1 celery stalk (julienne cut)

2/3 cup Frank's RedHot Sauce

½ cup coconut oil

1 ½ Tbs apple cider vinegar

1 tsp vegan, gluten free Worcestershire sauce

¼ tsp ground cayenne pepper

1/8 tsp garlic powder

Real Salt to taste

4 gluten free buns of your choice


Combine the Frank's RedHot sauce, coconut oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and Real Salt in a small saucepan and place over medium heat. Bring to a simmer while stirring with a whisk. As soon as the liquid begins to bubble, remove from heat and set aside. Cook 4 Hilary's Eat Well World's Best Veggie Burgers according to package directions. Once the burgers are heated and have been lightly browned, add the sauce to the pan. Allow each burger to soak up the sauce and cook on each side for an additional 1-2 minutes. Flip burgers carefully. Place burgers on buns and top with julienned carrots and celery. Next top each with Hilary's Eat Well Ranch Chia dressing and the top bun. Enjoy! (Serves: 4)
