Spinach Fettuccine with Prosciutto in Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients


2 Tbs butter or margarine


2 cups thin prosciutto strips


2 cloves garlic finely chopped


1 (15 oz.) jar Francesco Rinaldi® "Premium" Alfredo Pasta Sauce


1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and halved


12 oz. gluten free spinach fettuccine, uncooked


¼ cup chopped chives


½ tsp black pepper


½ cup grated Parmesan cheese


Directions


In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add prosciutto and garlic; cook over medium heat 1-2 minutes, stirring often. Add pasta sauce and artichoke hearts and heat through. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well. Toss pasta with pasta sauce mixture. Sprinkle with chives and black pepper. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese. (Yield: 6 servings)
