Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 packet gluten free taco seasoning (Ortega)
1 packet gluten free ranch dressing (Hidden Valley)
14 oz chicken broth
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
6 green onions, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
Directions
Place chicken breasts in a 3-4 qt. slow cooker. Pour taco seasoning, ranch dressing, peppers, green onion, tomatoes & chicken broth in crock pot. Cook on LOW 5 hours. Shred meat and return to slow cooker. Cook, covered, on low 20-30 minutes longer or until heated through. Serve shredded chicken on gluten free tostadas, tacos, burritos or salad & add your favorite toppings! (Serves: 4-6)
