Ingredients
2 (15 oz.) cans red beans, rinsed and drained
1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
½ cup celery, chopped
½ cup bell pepper, chopped
½ cup green onions, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 tsp. Lea & Perrin's® Worcestershire Sauce –Original
1 bay leaf

Directions
Combine all ingredients except rice in slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours or LOW 4-6 hours. Remove and discard bay leaf. Slightly mash bean mixture to thicken. Cover and cook on LOW 30-60 minutes more. Cook rice according to package directions. Serve bean mixture over hot rice. (Serves: 4-6)
