Quick Brown and Wild Rice with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients


1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Brown and Wild Rice


½ cup fresh broccoli, chopped


½ cup fresh carrots, diced


2 Tbs. Italian dressing


1 piece (4 oz.) smoked salmon


Directions


Prepare rice according to package directions. In a small microwave safe dish microwave 2 minutes. Stir in rice and dressing. Top with salmon. Microwave 1-2 more minutes, just until salmon is heated through. (Serves: 1)
