Ingredients
½ c. Heinz ketchup
1/3 c. brown sugar
3 Tbs. yellow mustard
2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
6-8 Glutino-Wheat Free Gluten Free crackers, crushed
¼ c. green pepper, chopped
¼ c. onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
Coarse salt and ground pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar. Stir well. In a separate large bowl, combine the ground meat, crackers, onion, green pepper, egg and salt and pepper. Mix this well and place into a 5x9 inch loaf pan. Spoon half of the ketchup mixture over meatloaf and bake for 1 hour. Serve with the remaining ketchup mixture as dipping sauce.
