Gluten Free Corn Flake Chicken

Ingredients


3 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts


2 c. skim milk or rice milk


5 c. Erewhon Gluten Free Organic Corn Flakes, finely crushed


1 tsp. Melissa's Garden Herb Sea Salt


fresh ground pepper


Directions


Combine crushed corn flakes with pepper and sea salt in a plastic zipper bag. Shake until thoroughly mixed in bag. Dip the chicken breasts in milk, then drop them into the bag of corn flake mixture to coat. Shake well to cover chicken. Place chicken pieces in a slow cooker, cover and cook for 3 1/2 - 4 hours on high.
